Working Principle

Here compression to one means that the screw compression ratio is 3:1, but there are also some different compression ratios. Then the plasticized material goes into the third section.
• 3. The third section of the single screw sheet extrusion machine is counting section. The material at here must keep plasticized temperature. This section only need to accurate and quantitative send melting material to nose like a metering pump.
